When: September 20-22, 2009
Where: Ritz-Carlton Lodge, Reynolds Plantation in Lake Oconee, Georgia
Registration: Call us at 866-270-4800, or complete and mail a registration form.

Designed for bank holding company CEOs and CFOs, Brintech’s 5th Annual Holding Company Idea Exchange provides a forum for holding company executives who seek to grow their companies, improve profitability, and achieve and maintain high performance.

“We are very excited with the level of involvement that we have generated thus far on the Holding Company Idea Exchange,” says Geri Forehand, CPCM, Director of Brintech’s Strategic Services Practice and HCIE Leader. “This meeting provides a forum that holding company executives have been missing and creates an opportunity for these executives to discuss the ideas that are unique to their operating and strategic environments.”

In addition to the primarily “open discussion” format of the meeting, attendees will have the opportunity to interact with high-profile keynote speakers as well as Brintech consultants led by Forehand and by Hal Oswalt, Brintech’s President & CEO. The daily schedule of the meeting will be driven by the needs and interests of the group and will include facilitated discussion on critical holding company topics, including

  • Charter consolidation
  • Executive compensation
  • Operational strategies
  • Organizational structures
  • Fee income strategies
  • Merger and acquisition
  • Capital deployment
  • Internal vs. external growth
  • Evolving director roles
  • Risk Management
  • Hiring and retention
  • CEO assessment
  • Strategic planning
  • Deposit generation
  • Succession planning

The Ritz-Carlton Lodge, Reynolds Plantation draws on local history and culture as the foundation of the guest experience. Offering 81 holes of golf, a 26,000 square ft spa and lake activities, this luxury resort offers guests an unparalleled experience.
